In my 21st year of instructing the German language, PE, health and or biology at West Anchorage high school. I am not a superstar, I'm just a very ordinary guy with a few small strengths that I play to the max. The single trait that has taken me the farthest as a high school instructor is probably positivity with the possible inclusion of the growth mindset both of which concepts I will try to discuss in my workshop. I have scored high marks on the Danielson framework in the engagement of students two observation/evaluation cycles running! That's one of my greatest claims to fame. I also enjoy anything that goes on in the great outdoors, which includes but is not limited to, fishing with a fly, hiking, camping, paddling, and generally sitting around like a bump out in front of a campfire.
